I don’t fit the stereotype of a gay life coach, and that’s intentional.
With a social-work background, quite a few tattoos, and no social media presence, I bring an integrative, personal approach to well-being for men who’ve known what it’s like to feel ‘different.’

The Meaning Behind the Name
The name First Brick is more than symbolic. It’s a nod to where courage and transformation begin.
It’s often debated who threw the first brick at the Stonewall Riots in 1969, but many agree that whoever did isn’t as important as what it represents. A single brick was used to shatter the status quo for the LGBTQ+ community, and we can also use that image to break through the habits and patterns we’ve built as individuals.
However, the primary job of a brick isn’t to break things. It’s to build them. It’s the start of a new foundation and a solid structure. And so the first brick can be the first step toward sustainable self-growth.
